Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,
building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s sales growth. This role
requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a target-
driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking,
and field marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and
client requirements.
Prepare and share accurate sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Negotiate with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Represent the organization professionally during client interactions and meetings.
Required Skill Set:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet assigned sales targets.
Comfortable with field marketing and client visits.
Good coordination skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
Candidates with strong interest in sales, marketing, and client relationship management
will be preferred.
Work Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi.
Pay: ₹9,802.66 - ₹33,754.38 per month
Work Location: In person
