About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead, guide, and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and experience in handling sales targets and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Train and motivate team members for better performance
- Monitor daily sales activities and follow-ups
- Develop sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue
- Handle customer escalations and support the team when required
- Track team performance and prepare sales reports
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure excellent customer relationship management
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales/team handling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve deadlines
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred
- Graduation preferred
