Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Incharge to oversee solar EPC projects from planning to successful completion. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in managing site operations, project execution, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor solar EPC projects.
- Supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Manage manpower, materials, and project schedules.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Solar EPC or Electrical Construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of solar power plant installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites when required.
