About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Head – SEO to lead and execute our end-to-end SEO strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, AI-powered SEO, Large Language Models (LLMs), and the latest Google algorithm updates.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing and executing SEO initiatives, driving organic growth, implementing advanced SEO strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable business results. The candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Own and manage the complete SEO function, from strategy formulation to implementation and performance optimization.
- Lead SEO initiatives across multiple projects and ensure consistent execution and delivery.
- Identify new growth opportunities and implement innovative SEO approaches.
Technical SEO
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Manage website architecture, crawlability, indexation, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, and structured data implementation.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and overall website performance.
- Resolve technical issues impacting organic visibility and search rankings.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
On-Page SEO
- Perform advanced keyword research and search intent analysis.
- Optimize website content, metadata, landing pages, internal linking, and content structure.
- Develop content strategies aligned with user intent and search trends.
- Implement entity-based SEO and semantic optimization techniques.
Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute high-quality link-building and authority-building strategies.
- Drive digital PR and outreach initiatives to improve domain authority and brand visibility.
- Monitor and maintain healthy backlink profiles.
AI & LLM-Driven SEO
- Leverage AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other emerging technologies to enhance SEO processes and efficiencies.
- Build AI-assisted workflows for keyword research, content optimization, automation, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Optimize websites for AI-powered search experiences, generative search, and conversational search.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and evaluate their impact on search behavior and SEO strategies.
Google Algorithm Updates & Industry Trends
- Continuously monitor and analyze Google algorithm updates and changes in search engine ranking factors.
- Adapt and implement strategies proactively to maintain and improve organic performance.
- Stay updated on modern SEO techniques, tools, and best practices.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.

Stakeholder & Team Management
- Collaborate closely with content, development, design, marketing, and business teams.

- Communicate SEO strategies, progress, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely execution of SEO initiatives.

- Independently execute and implement SEO initiatives when required.
- Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery and problem-solving.
- Be actively involved in hands-on implementation rather than strategy alone.
