Job Summary:
A Site Engineer is responsible for supervising construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare site reports, progress reports, and documentation.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
- Manage material usage and coordinate equipment requirements.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project records.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in construction/project execution (preferred).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
