Role: Executive Assistant-Operations

Type: Full-time (On-site)
Role Summary
Work closely with the Founder to keep daily operations, plans, and tasks on track
through strong organization, reminders, and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize the Founder’s daily schedule, meetings, and priorities
- Set reminders and send follow-up nudges
- Track plans, ideas, and pending action items
- Follow up with team members on assigned tasks
- Maintain task lists, notes, and trackers
- Highlight delays and ensure task closure
Required Skills
- Strong reliability and follow-through
- Basic organization skills (sheets, trackers, notes)
- Comfortable communicating via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Ability to send polite follow-ups and status checks
Eligibility
- Education: No specific requirement
- Communication: Comfortable in spoken and written English; can write professional emails
- Software: Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
