We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect who can lead projects from concept to completion while delivering innovative, practical, and sustainable design solutions.
JD for Sr. Architects:
Develop innovative and practical architectural designs based on client requirements, inputs, and feedback
Lead concept development, space planning, and design detailing across all project stages
Prepare, review, and execute client contracts following detailed consultations
Modify designs and contractual elements to accommodate evolving client needs and project conditions
Integrate sustainable and green building practices, focusing on energy efficiency and reduced carbon footprint
Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Oversee project execution from design development to completion, ensuring quality and timelines are met
Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction phases
Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and feasibility
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams
Present design concepts, proposals, and progress updates to clients
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
