Job Description:
- Handle spare parts sales from the office (In-house).
- Attend customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams.
- Maintain sales records and MIS.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales / Back Office Sales.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in spare parts or industrial products will be preferred.
