Responsibilities:
- Manage daily OT operations and surgical schedules.
- Supervise OT nurses, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure OT readiness for scheduled and emergency surgeries.
- Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
- Manage OT inventory, instruments, and equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other departments.
- Monitor patient safety and quality of care.
Qualification:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
Experience:
- 5+ years of OT experience
- Leadership experience preferred
