Role: Tele Counsellor (Domestic)
Location: Sector 18, Gurugram (Work From Office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary Package
Freshers
- ₹16,000 In-Hand
- ₹20,000 CTC
Experienced
- Up to ₹21,000 In-Hand
- Up to ₹25,000 CTC
- No PF Deduction
Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
- Freshers with Good Communication Skills are Welcome
- 6 Months to 5 Years of Experience in:
- Outbound Calling
- Tele Sales
- Lead Generation
- BPO Outbound Process
- Good Communication Skills in Hindi & English
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Generate quality leads and explain services
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Maintain accurate customer records
