Key Responsibilities
- Doctor Referral Marketing: Build and nurture a robust network of general practitioners, optometrists, and specialists to drive patient referrals
- Outreach & Camps: Organize free eye screening camps, public awareness seminars, and corporate health check-ups to generate direct walk-ins. [1]
- Institutional Partnerships: Secure tie-ups with corporate offices, insurance providers, and chemists to expand the hospital's patient base.
- Market Expansion: Conduct local competitor analysis, map assigned territories, and identify opportunities for regional market penetration

- Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between the hospital and referring physicians, ensuring a seamless patient referral experience
- Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 to 8+ years in healthcare or medical services sales, with a proven track record in hospital business development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related life sciences/marketing field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, networking, and presentation abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems, medical service marketing, and patient engagement strategies
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
