Experience
* 2–4 years of relevant experience in maintenance of *CCM (Continuous Casting Machine) equipment* .
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Mechanical Maintenance professional to ensure smooth functioning of production equipment and utilities. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown management, spare parts planning, and maintaining equipment reliability to achieve uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and supervise manpower for daily maintenance activities.
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) of machines and utilities.
- Analyze equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor machine health and ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of critical spares.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and documentation accurately.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance work while adhering to safety standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and maintenance practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of plant utilities and maintenance planning.
- Good understanding of spare parts management.
- Ability to lead maintenance technicians and coordinate daily activities.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
