Talent Acquisition Partner
This role is responsible for End to End recruitment for all positions open in India within budget and quality.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Avantor's Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a customer focused Talent Acquisition Partner with strong direct sourcing experience. The successful candidate will work in partnership with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams, and leads a full-cycle recruitment process in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to our organization. This is position must use discretion while handling information of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.
In this role, you will report to the Sr. Supervisor of Talent Acquisition and Avantor’s hiring activity across the Eastern Hemisphere with a focus on Finance Hiring in India. This is an on-site role at our Pune, India location.
EXPERIENCE:
Certification in sourcing, diversity recruiting and/or behavioral based interviewing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, DDI etc.) preferred.
Collaboration Tool: Microsoft 365, Workday, or another large scale ATS preferred. CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) tools, LinkedIn Recruiter.
HOW YOU WILL THRIVE AND CREATE AN IMPACT:
Reduce time to fill by developing recruitment strategies to include attracting and nurturing prospects via direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, pipelining and referral methodologies.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Job Postings:
Lead the refinement and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and platforms.
Monitor and update job postings to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Recruitment Strategy: Lead recruitment process life-cycle, including intake, sourcing and marketing, resume submittals, interviews, calibrations and offer processes.
