About the Role
Tint Tone & Shade is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who can
translate ideas into compelling visual stories. The ideal candidate will lead the design function across
digital, print, branding, and marketing campaigns while maintaining consistency in the company's
visual identity. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, and
collaborate closely with content, marketing, video, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Design
Develop and maintain brand identity across all marketing channels.
Create high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, digital campaigns,
advertisements, and presentations.
Design brochures, catalogues, company profiles, pitch decks, flyers, standees, and other
marketing collateral.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Digital Marketing Support
Design creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and performance marketing campaigns.
Create engaging social media content, carousels, infographics, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with content writers and social media managers to enhance campaign
performance.
Creative Leadership
Lead creative concepts from ideation to execution.
Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
Work closely with photographers, videographers, editors, and marketing teams to deliver
integrated campaigns.
Maintain design quality standards and creative excellence.
UI & Presentation Design
Design landing pages, website banners, and user-focused digital assets.
Create visually impactful client presentations and internal communication materials.
Print & Production
Coordinate with marketing team for print production and quality checks.
Ensure designs are optimized for both digital and print formats.
Required Skills
Adobe Photoshop ,Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects (preferred), Figma, Canva
Pro, Presentation Design (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
Design Competencies
Branding & Visual Identity, Typography, Layout Design, Creative Storytelling, Marketing Design,
Print Design, Social Media Design, Motion Graphics/3d
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or any related field.
4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and digital design projects.
Experience working with marketing agencies, creative agencies, interior brands, real estate,
architecture, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
