Role Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow Expert to lead end‑to‑end solution architecture and drive platform governance, design standards, and best practices across the ServiceNow ecosystem. The role focuses on ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise implementations. Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps
Define and enforce platform governance, design standards, and development best practices
Review solution designs, configurations, and customizations for quality and scalability
Guide teams on architecture decisions, data model, integrations, and performance optimization
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow upgradeability, security, and licensing standards
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams
Mentor developers and provide architectural oversight across projects Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience , including architecture responsibilities
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and data model
Experience defining governance frameworks, coding standards, and design guidelines
Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes
Experience with enterprise‑scale ServiceNow implementations Nice to Have
ServiceNow certifications ( CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA – preferred )
Experience with platform rationalization and technical debt management
Exposure to GenAI / Virtual Agent / Now Assist governance
Agile / SAFe experience
