What is in it for you?
As a Senior Software Engineer - Java, you will be a part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
- Work as part of an agile team to implement new features according to the requirements while adhering to the best engineering practices.
- Participate in detailed designs, discussions, and creation of solution architecture.
- Participate in technical discussions with customers to find the best possible solutions.
- Participate in bug triaging, bug fixing, and release management.
- Perform all job functions consistent with policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII.

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Skills: -
Mandatory Technical Skills: -
- Minimum 3 years of development experience in Java/J2EE technologies
- Hands-on experience in XML, Web Services (SOAP, REST), JMS, Spring, React, and SQL
- Experience in writing/understanding quality database queries or stored procedures that are reliable, scalable, and reusable
- Development experience in Linux operating system and Application Servers
- Experience in Design Patterns and Engineering Best Practices
- Experience in source control software (GitHub), unit testing (Junit, Mockito), and build automation/CI (Jenkins)
- Hands-on experience in AI-assisted software development practices, including the use of AI coding tools (e.g.: GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate feature delivery, improve code quality, and write, review, and debug code more effectively
