Salary: ₹35,000 CTC/month + Incentives
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Associates (Voice & Chat) to join our team for the Vivint International Process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling international customers and must possess strong technical troubleshooting skills to resolve customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice for an international process.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to customer systems or devices.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to all customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of international chat or voice process experience (mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Must have hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
