Roles and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and campus hiring.
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews.
- Prepare offers and support salary negotiations.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring.
HR Operations
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers and exit formalities.
- Maintain HRIS and employee databases.
Employee Onboarding & Experience
- Deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
- Conduct employee induction sessions.
- Coordinate with IT and Admin for new joiners.
- Ensure successful probation completion.
Payroll & Compliance
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, overtime, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF and labor laws.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Support a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Performance & Learning
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
- Maintain training calendars and employee development records.
HR Analytics
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
- Track recruitment, attrition, attendance, engagement, and training metrics.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
