About the Role
We're looking for a senior implementation professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, consulting, and client success. You will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients, lead solutioning conversations, and set the gold standard for how Prismforce gets deployed at scale.
This is not a back-office configuration role. You will be the face of Prismforce during onboarding — running demos, driving requirements, and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Solutioning

Lead discovery and demo calls with new and existing clients across all stakeholder levels

Own presales solutioning — translate client business problems into Prismforce product solutions

Set and manage client expectations within contractual agreements

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, becoming their trusted advisor
Implementation & Delivery

Drive full lifecycle implementations — requirements, design, build, testing, deployment

Define business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis against Prismforce's product suite

Establish and champion best-in-class onboarding practices across all client engagements

Oversee product configuration including imports, templates, and workflows

Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously with high quality and on-time delivery
Technical Solutioning

Design and deliver integrations for client business use cases

Strong working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations

Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support

Analyze existing client systems and design optimal solutions using Prismforce
Process & Documentation

Use project management tools (JIRA, Asana, or equivalent) to track and report implementation progress

Prepare technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Gain client sign-off at all critical project milestones
Requirements

BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field
-
4–5 years of experience in client-facing SaaS or HCM implementation roles

Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations end-to-end

Hands-on experience with HCM platforms — Workday, SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Oracle, or similar

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns

Proficient with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday, or equivalent)

Excellent communication skills — can hold a room in a demo or a boardroom

Strong consulting and analytical skills — fit-gap analysis, process design, requirements gathering

Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day work — whether agents, automation, or productivity tools

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity

Willingness to travel for client engagements
