Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership
Define and execute sales strategy aligned to business targets.
Own sales targets, revenue delivery, inventory movement, and collections visibility.
Track market trends and competition to sharpen pricing, positioning, and
conversion.
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, mentor, and scale sales teams across projects.
Set KPIs, dashboards, and accountability rhythms (reviews, interventions).
Drive a culture of urgency, ownership, and results.
Channel & Direct Sales
Strengthen and expand channel partner network and alliances.
Drive effectiveness across direct and channel sales pipelines.
Build referral and institutional tie-ups to increase market reach.
Customer Acquisition & Conversion
Oversee sales lifecycle: enquiry → site visit → booking → agreement →
collections.
Improve conversion ratios through structured processes and coaching.
Ensure a superior customer experience with ethical, transparent
communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with Marketing/CRM for campaigns, lead quality, and closure support.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reports, and weekly/monthly
performance updates.
Enable data led decision making for leadership.

Experience with reputed developers/platforms and project launches
High volume inventory movement and large ticket closures
Strong channel ecosystem network in Bengaluru
Qualification & Experience - Bachelor’s degree required (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) - 10–15+ years in hardcore sales, with 6–8+ years in real estate leadership - Proven track record in large ticket size sales and project laun
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
