What You'll Be Doing
Design
- Research trends and convert them into commercially successful collections.
- Create sketches, CADs, mood boards and detailed tech packs.
- Develop seasonal colour stories, prints and trims.
- Work on silhouettes, fits and garment construction.
Product Development
- Source fabrics, trims and accessories.
- Coordinate with pattern masters and sampling teams.
- Attend fittings and improve garments based on feedback.
- Ensure every sample meets our quality standards.
Merchandising
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams.
- Manage sampling timelines and approvals.
- Prepare costing sheets and monitor margins.
- Track Time & Action calendars to ensure launches happen on schedule.
- Work closely with production to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
Commercial Thinking
- Study market trends and competitor products.
- Analyse bestselling styles and identify opportunities.
- Balance creativity with commercial viability.
- Help build collections that customers love—not just admire.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with founders, production, marketing and content teams.
- Assist in catalogue shoots and styling whenever required.
- Contribute ideas for launches and campaigns.
You're a Great Fit If You...
✔ Have 2–5 years of experience in women's apparel.
✔ Understand garment construction and pattern making.
✔ Know fabrics inside out.
✔ Can sketch and create detailed tech packs.
✔ Have strong merchandising and vendor management skills.
✔ Can juggle multiple collections without missing deadlines.
✔ Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Love solving problems instead of creating them.
✔ Believe good design should also sell.
Bonus Points If You Know
- Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
- CLO 3D (nice to have)
- Excel & Google Sheets
- AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini for research and productivity
- Shopify or e-commerce product development
