We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Consultant – Sales & Site Visits to manage client interactions, site visits, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Job Overview
The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for handling leads generated by the company, understanding client requirements, explaining projects, coordinating site visits, maintaining follow-ups, and assisting clients throughout the buying process until successful closure.
The company will provide qualified leads, project information, and marketing support. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle and ensuring a professional customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
· Contact and qualify leads provided by the company.
· Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment objectives.
· Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
· Share project brochures, presentations, and relevant information with prospects.
Site Visit Coordination
· Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.
· Conduct project presentations during site visits.
· Guide clients through project features, amenities, and investment benefits.
· Ensure a smooth and professional site visit experience.
Follow-Up & Client Relationship Management
· Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
· Build long-term relationships with clients and investors.
· Address client concerns, objections, and queries professionally.
· Keep prospects engaged throughout the decision-making process.
Sales & Closure
· Convert qualified leads into site visits and bookings.
· Assist clients with documentation and purchase procedures.
· Coordinate with internal teams and project representatives whenever required.
· Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
CRM & Reporting
· Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and customer interactions.
· Update lead status and follow-up activities on a daily basis.
· Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
· Ensure proper management of the sales pipeline.
Required QualificationsExperience
· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Consulting, or Real Estate Advisory.
· Experience in residential, commercial, plotting, or investment properties is preferred.
· Knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market will be an advantage.
Skills

Working Schedule

· Since most client site visits are scheduled during weekends, availability on Saturdays and Sundays is mandatory.
