Position Summary
The Field Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding Herline's market presence through direct field sales, business development, and customer relationship management. The role involves actively promoting Herline products, generating new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, and establishing strong distribution and institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the complete Herline product range, including product features, benefits, pricing, usage, and unique selling propositions.
- Promote and sell Herline products through direct field sales across assigned territories.
- Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other sales channels.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with businesses, corporate offices, educational institutions, hospitals, clinics, NGOs, government organizations, and other potential partners to present and promote Herline products.
- Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations to decision-makers and prospective clients.
- Build long-term relationships with business partners and institutional clients to drive repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Generate new leads through networking, field visits, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct regular market surveys to monitor competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, and customer preferences.
- Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to the management team for product and sales strategy improvements.
- Ensure effective product visibility, merchandising, and promotional material placement at retail outlets where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, meetings, sales, collections, and business opportunities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports.
- Represent Herline professionally while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and customer service.
- Participate in product training, sales meetings, exhibitions, promotional events, and awareness campaigns.
- Perform any additional sales and business development responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in field sales, FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, personal care, or consumer products is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.
