Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (target-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Important Performance Requirement
This is a target-based sales role.
The offered salary is applicable only when the assigned monthly sales targets are achieved.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment and consistently meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Tele calling and customer follow-ups
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Presenting PiXO Wedding Website E-Invites to potential customers
- Converting leads into paying customers
- Managing customer relationships
- Maintaining sales reports and CRM records
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Coordinating with the marketing team for lead nurturing
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Confidence in tele calling and customer interaction
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Good internet and computer knowledge
Preferred Languages
