Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete liquid packing activities in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Supervise bottle filling, labeling, capping, induction sealing, and carton packing operations.
- Ensure line clearance before starting packing activities.
- Maintain GMP, GDP, and SOP compliance during production.
- Monitor manpower allocation and daily packing targets.
- Ensure proper machine operation and coordination with maintenance team.
- Maintain packing records, BMR/BPR, and shift documentation.
- Check online quality parameters and minimize rejection/wastage.
- Coordinate with QA/QC departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in packing area.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of liquid packing machines.
- Good documentation and team handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of cGMP and pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Ability to manage shift operations effectively.
