Job Title: Full Stack Web Application Developer
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Application Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable, and a high-performance web application. You will own features from conception to deployment, leveraging modern JavaScript ecosystems to deliver exceptional user experiences and secure, efficient backend APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Development: Build responsive, highly interactive, and accessible user interfaces using React and Next.js.
Backend Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks).
Application Lifecycle: Own the full software development lifecycle—including technical design, implementation, testing (unit/integration), and production deployment.
State & Data Management: Implement efficient client-side state management and optimize data-fetching strategies (e.g., Server Actions, SSR, ISR, or React Query).
Database Integration: Connect applications with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), using ORMs like Prisma or Mongoose where appropriate.
Collaboration & Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and collaborate closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical reality.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications Core Language: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Frontend Frameworks: Deep hands-on experience with React and Next.js (understanding of App Router, rendering strategies, and performance optimization).
Backend Ecosystem: Proven experience building backend services and APIs using Node.js.
Web Fundamentals: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and CSS frameworks (like Tailwind CSS or styled-components).
Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
Experience: 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of developing and deploying production-ready web applications.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with containerization (Docker). Knowledge of web security best practices (OWASP, JWT authentication, OAuth).
