Ambriona Cacao Blends Pvt. Ltd. (Ambriona Chocolates) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Associate to join our manufacturing team.
Eligibility
* Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration
6 months to 1 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain preferred
* Experience in Food, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
* Procure raw materials, packaging materials, and other factory requirements
* Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers
* Create and track purchase orders to ensure timely deliveries
* Maintain vendor databases and develop new supplier relationships
* Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts teams
* Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning
* Maintain purchase records, documentation, and MIS reports
* Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
