Senior Sales Executive – Liver Care Division

Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹25,000/month (for sales up to ₹3,00,000)
- Performance-based incentives on sales above ₹3,00,000/month
- Probation Period: 3 Months
About the Role:
Meadbery is looking for a target-driven Senior Sales Executive to expand sales for its Liver Care Division in the Zirakpur region. The role focuses on reviving dormant leads, managing existing customers, and driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Re-engage abandoned and dormant leads from CRM databases
- Generate repeat business and upsell existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets of ₹3,00,000 and above
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, visits, and digital channels
- Maintain sales records, customer data, and CRM updates
- Share market feedback and competitor insights with management
- Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Sc./B.Pharma preferred)
- 2–4 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or healthcare products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and MS Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Zirakpur/Tricity market preferred
Probation & Terms:
- 3-month probation period
- Consistent achievement of monthly sales targets required
- Non-performance or policy violations may lead to termination
