Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
- Experience working with suppliers across multiple disciplines - mechanical, electrical, electronics, etc.
- Significant experience purchasing electronic components and mechanical parts.
- Knowledge of quality management frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity in working with ISO900.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in working at automotive companies- advantage.

You’ll be responsible for the following
Source and qualify potential suppliers for Mechanical components & Knowledge of electronic components, tools, and equipment.
- Build and manage relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payments, lead times to secure favourable terms.
- Place timely purchase orders to maintain optimum stock levels.
- Continuous monitoring and coordination of purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
- Ensure all procurement documentation is accurately maintained in ERP system.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure supplier quality and compliance with specifications.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; implement contingency plans as needed.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain
- Manage import/export processes for local and international procurement, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and optimizing logistics efficiency.
