Position: Account Head / Key Account Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Head to lead brand communication, client servicing, and campaign execution for our agency. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple clients, building strong relationships, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from briefing to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client requirements, marketing goals, and campaign expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including graphic designers, video editors, photographers, content creators, and social media teams.
- Handle end-to-end project execution and ensure timely delivery of creatives and campaigns.
- Prepare creative briefs and communicate client expectations clearly to the team.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure high-quality output and client satisfaction across all projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic suggestions for improvement.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Build long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for business growth and upselling services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or advertising agency roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools is preferred.
