Position: 3D Visualizer
Location: Spaze I-Tech Park, Sohna Road, Sector-49, Gurugram (HR)

Reporting To: Project Head / Director
Shift: Day Shift
Salary Range: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in 3D visualization for architectural projects.
- Experience in temple projects, residential complexes, malls, and public spaces preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, or Enscape.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and spatial design.
- Knowledge of Photoshop or post-production tools.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong presentation skills.
- Good communication and ability to work collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models and realistic renderings for architectural and temple projects.
- Develop exterior and interior visualizations based on architectural drawings.
- Prepare 3D walkthroughs, animations, and presentation visuals for client meetings.
- Apply lighting, textures, landscaping, and environment settings to enhance visuals.
- Revise and update 3D models based on design changes or client feedback.
- Maintain organized project files and rendering outputs.
- Collaborate closely with architects and designers to bring concepts to life.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
