We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager(cold room) to oversee our cold storage facilities in Multai. This role is responsible for ensuring the operational integrity, thermal compliance, and efficiency of our temperature-controlled supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Direct daily cold room activities, ensuring seamless inbound/outbound logistics and uncompromised cold chain continuity.
Inventory & Quality Assurance: Enforce strict FIFO/FEFO protocols and precise inventory reconciliation to mitigate variance.
Asset Management: Monitor refrigeration metrics and coordinate preventive maintenance to eliminate operational downtime.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict alignment with food safety, occupational health, and industrial hygiene standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and optimize the performance of floor staff and supervisors.
Qualifications
Experience: 4–6 years in cold chain logistics, perishable goods warehousing, or temperature-controlled asset management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and cold chain monitoring technologies.
