Job Summary:
Hem Industries is seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive to manage office coordination, client communication, and day-to-day administrative operations. The role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotations, ensuring timely follow-ups, and acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all office-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries through calls and emails in a professional manner
Prepare and share accurate quotations with clients
Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations and orders to ensure closure
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow
Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems
Assist management in daily administrative and communication tasks
Requirements:
Experience:
3 to 8 years in Administration, Sales Coordination, or Office Management
Education:
Graduate in any discipline
Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good attention to detail and multitasking ability
Professional attitude with a high level of reliability
Pay: ₹10,075.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
