The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide basic information about the organization to clients and visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role or Fresher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in busy situations
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, typically during office hours
- May require sitting for extended periods
- Interaction with clients, staff, and visitors on a daily basis
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
