About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and career-oriented Sales & Marketing Associates who are eager to build a long-term career in technology sales. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who possess excellent communication skills, a learning mindset, and an interest in emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, RFID, and Enterprise Automation.
You will work closely with our sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements, build relationships, generate business opportunities, and promote innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and support business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer business requirements and communicate suitable technology solutions.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high professional standards.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions after training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6–8 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, customer support, or business development will be an added advantage.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA
- The standard starting package is ₹3.5 LPA.
- Candidates demonstrating exceptional communication skills, aptitude, technology understanding, and outstanding interview performance may be considered for compensation up to ₹5.0 LPA, subject to interview panel evaluation.
