About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate HR Interns to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and administrative activities while gaining practical industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and attendance records
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Handle basic HR operations and administrative tasks
- Support daily HR team activities as assigned
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or completed MBA / BBA / Any Degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Freshers are welcome
