Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive for our Customer Care Department. The candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and strong email drafting and communication skills. The role involves handling customer data, maintaining records, coordinating through emails, and supporting day-to-day customer care operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer data accurately in the system
- Maintain records, reports, and databases
- Draft professional emails and respond to customer queries
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support activities
- Verify data accuracy and correct errors when required
- Handle documentation and MIS reports
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Support customer care team in daily operational tasks
Required Skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong email drafting and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
