What You'll Do
- Lead hiring and talent acquisition across creative, strategy and operations roles.
- Build and refine people processes, onboarding and employee experience.
- Create systems that support learning, growth and team wellbeing.
- Help nurture a culture of collaboration, ownership and transparency.
- Work closely with leadership on team development and organizational growth.
- Support performance reviews, feedback systems and people initiatives.
- Ensure day-to-day HR operations run smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience hiring for creative, agency, startup or community-led environments.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and helping teams thrive.
- Ability to balance structure with empathy.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
