About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is not just a recruiter—but a strategic hiring partner. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments, understands the nuances of tech hiring, and can work seamlessly under tight deadlines and high expectations.
You’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring top technical talent while contributing to other people-centric initiatives such as employee engagement, performance support, and culture building.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruitment (Primary Focus – 80%)

Own end-to-end recruitment for all tech roles including Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, Product, and Data etc

Build sourcing strategies using job portals, networks, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus drives

Conduct detailed screening and evaluations to ensure top-quality talent pipelines

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, interview plans, and feedback loops

Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and post-offer engagement

Drive campus hiring programs and establish partnerships with top engineering and management colleges

Use ATS and recruitment dashboards effectively for tracking and reporting
HR Collaboration (Secondary Focus – 20%)

Support the employee engagement agenda through activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms

Collaborate in performance review processes and feedback frameworks

Partner with internal stakeholders to nurture a strong, positive, and inclusive work culture
Who You Are

3 to 4.5 years of hands-on experience in technical hiring (product-based/startup experience is a must)

Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple open roles, and close positions within tight timelines

Strong exposure to campus hiring, stakeholder management, and talent branding

Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and strong Excel skills for reporting and tracking

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proactive, execution-driven, and adaptable to change

Passionate about tech, people, and creating meaningful hiring experiences
What We’re Looking For

MBA in Human Resources from a Tier I/II/III college
-
3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in tech startup/product-based companies and QSR domain

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Agile, adaptable, and driven — with a startup mindset

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
