Graphics Designing Faculty
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical training in Graphic Design through classroom, online, and hybrid sessions.
- Train students in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Guide students in developing professional portfolios and creative projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current design trends, software, and industry best practices.
- Support placement activities through portfolio reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Management teams to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Graphic Designing and/or Graphic Design Training.
- Strong practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
- Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Good presentation, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for teaching and continuous learning.
