We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Retail Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence by visiting retail outlets, generating orders, building strong customer relationships, and increasing product visibility in the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships. Visit corporate offices, industries, schools, hospitals, hotels, and institutions to promote uniform and apparel solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Conduct product presentations and meetings with potential clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams regarding customer requirements. Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of Field Sales / B2B Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of uniforms, garments, apparel, or textile products will be preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
- Requirements
Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,024.26 per month
