- Review sales updates regularly and assign tasks to the team accordingly.
- Ensure all sales enquiries are properly followed up and successfully closed.
- Organize and participate in daily and end-of-day meetings to track overall team performance.
- Ensure timely submission of daily reports by the sales team.
- Monitor and maintain attendance records of the marketing team.
- Prepare and submit individual sales performance reports.
- Develop and maintain monthly sales target sheets for the team.

- Oversee and manage all operational requirements related to the sales team.
