- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and patient acquisition targets.
- Increase OPD, IPD, diagnostics, and surgical business through effective marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and referral partners.
- Lead the marketing and business development team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Plan and execute digital marketing, social media, branding, health camps, webinars, and community outreach programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve business performance.
- Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to ensure excellent patient experience.
- Track marketing ROI and prepare regular MIS reports for management.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Represent the hospital at healthcare events, corporate meetings, and networking forums.
