- Safely and punctually transport clients to their desired destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic, weather, and road conditions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and immaculate condition of the assigned vehicle, both interior and exterior, before and after each trip.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in excellent working order, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist clients with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings as needed.
- Provide a high level of personalized customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding clients and their activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or changes in plans.
