Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, business development, or exhibition/event industry sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and client meetings.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients participating in exhibitions, trade fairs, and events.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Present exhibition stall concepts and company capabilities to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend industry exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to generate leads.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/MBA, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Exhibition Industry, Event Management, Advertising, or Interior Solutions.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
