We are a dynamic tech startup building a tech-driven restaurant ordering platform targeting the India and UK markets. Headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, we're making restaurant ordering seamless and efficient for partners and customers and we're looking to expand fast.
Role Summary
As Sales / Outreach Executive Intern, you'll report to the Growth & Revenue Lead and focus on acquiring restaurant partners through proactive outreach. You'll drive onboarding, build relationships, hit monthly targets, and contribute directly to revenue growth in a high-energy startup environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute daily outreach : Cold calls, emails, LinkedIn/WhatsApp messaging to restaurants or field sales
- Qualify leads, pitch the platform (benefits like increased orders, easy integration, marketing tools)
- Negotiate & close partnerships : set up onboarding, explain commission structure
- Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM/tools; track outreach volume, meetings booked, deals closed
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for restaurant sign-ups and initial order volume
- Gather feedback from restaurants to improve platform & support retention
- Support UK market outreach (remote/virtual) as expansion ramps up
- Collaborate with Product & Support for smooth activations
Qualifications & Skills
- 1– years of experience in sales, telesales, B2B outreach, business development, or field sales
- Prior exposure to foodtech, restaurant industry, delivery services, SaaS, or marketplace sales highly preferred
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Hindi
- Persuasive, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection in cold outreach
- Pro CRM/Excel proficiency; quick learner for tools
- Target-oriented with a hunter mindset — motivated by incentives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Chandigarh local knowledge or network is a strong advantage
