- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and emails.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and data entry tasks.
- Manage office supplies and inventory records.
