- Investigate and resolve delivery-related issues, such as late deliveries, incorrect orders, missing items, and driver-related concerns, by coordinating with relevant internal teams and external partners.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding menu items, restaurant hours, delivery zones, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues customers may encounter with the food delivery application or website, guiding them through solutions.
