Job Description – Architect Position: Architect Department: Design & Planning Location: [Mumbai , Mazgoan] Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a qualified Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects while ensuring functionality, safety, compliance, and aesthetic excellence. The Architect will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams from concept development through project completion. Key Responsibilities * Prepare architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings. * Develop plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation. * Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants. * Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. * Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies. * Review and approve shop drawings and technical submissions. * Attend client meetings and present design proposals. * Monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance. * Prepare tender documents and technical specifications. * Resolve design and site-related issues during execution. * Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets. Required Skills * Strong architectural design and planning skills. * Knowledge of building construction methods and materials. * Understanding of municipal approvals and building regulations. * Excellent project coordination and communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Software Proficiency * AutoCAD * Revit * SketchUp * Lumion / Enscape * Photoshop * MS Office Qualification * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). * COA registration preferred. * 2–10 years of relevant experience preferred. * Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. * Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
