Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Influencer Marketing & Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. If you live and breathe social media, love networking, and know how to build relationships with content creators, this role is for you!
Your primary mission will be to identify, connect with, and onboard influencers and content creators to collaborate with our brand, boosting our visibility and engagement across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Research: Scout and identify potential influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn who align with our brand identity.
- Cold Outreach: Pitch, negotiate, and build strong relationships with influencers via email, direct messages (DMs), and other communication channels.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate with onboarded influencers to ensure they understand the campaign brief, deliver content on time, and tag the company correctly.
- Content Monitoring: Track and review the content posted by collaborators to ensure it meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Data Tracking: Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts, conversation statuses, and campaign performance metrics (views, engagement, etc.).
Requirements & Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you know how to write a pitch that doesn't get ignored!
- Great interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prior experience in social media management, PR, or outreach is a plus, but passion and a go-getter attitude matter most!
